A Little Look Around. Reveille Music, 1991

ALLA Cover

” . . . their biggest contribution to the art was to take good songs and work them into quality performances. Rebel Voices works like a jeweler – – creating the right setting for a beautiful gem.”

– Art Farquharson Local Motion, Victoria, BC

Ever since we started singing together in the late ‘70s, our passion has been to find great songs and to make them our own. Working together to make harmonies and arrange a song so that it is new and entertaining continues to be a satisfying partnership for us. The best part of doing “A Little Look Around” was allowing ourselves to fulfill many fantasies by working with all of the wonderful musicians who helped us on the recording. The most difficult part was choosing, from all the songs by all the writers we love, only 12 to include on this, our first recording as a duet.
